Social Media Consultant (Contract)

Social Media Accounts

7 Twitter accounts, 7 Facebook pages, 1 Instagram account, plus multiple pages on guest review sites, such as TripAdvisor and Yelp.

Task

Provide overall strategic direction and guidance to each social media account to align messaging and performance with business goals. Guidance provided by 1-on-1 feedback, weekly performance reports, quarterly competitive analysis reports, and semi-annual follower analysis.

Results

Average follower increase has at least tripled for each account with some accounts quadrupling the number of followers/fans since I’ve started with this client. Engagement is up an average of 3% per post. Exposure and reach are regularly #1 among the competition. Posts per day has increased from less than one to +4.

Annual workshop to engage and educate the social media team on the latest news and features available on the various platforms.
